Almost Dark shines a light on how vulnerability is our greatest strength as a humans

Mission Statement           

We are a team of powerful women, gender-expansive humans, and POC creatives passionate about representation in all forms of moving media, including the career spaces that we work in. Our goal is to disrupt the film industry towards inclusivity by being leaders and telling stories that matter to us.

This is where it all started, our campaign video to raise $21,000 for the first push to make this short film.  

The short film is set in a post-apocalypse Los Angeles 100 years after a tragic biochemical war. We follow Zoe. A government scientist was tasked to investigate the abandoned house of the Ito-Reyes family where strange disturbances have occurred. As she walks through this house, more clues unravel the hidden pain and lack of vulnerability that made it challenging for this family.
